In a quiet residential area, four domestic robots suddenly decide to take their masters hostage in their own home. 饭冢家两个女儿富江（仲村みう 饰）和月子（荒井萌 饰）在同一所学校读书，两人更是同时恋上了同一个男孩下田俊夫（大和田健介 饰）。面对一脸幸福的姐姐，心中略感失落的月子还是用手中的相机为姐姐拍下最美的一瞬。然而，近乎完美的富江就在月子的面前死于一场恐怖的意外。一年后，月子和父母共同庆祝富江的生日，而就在这一天本应死掉的富江重返家中。自此，饭冢夫妇的行为举止变得甚为古怪，月子也见到了姐姐极为恐怖的一面。未过多久，饭冢一家陷入极度恐慌的混乱之中，父亲更失手杀害了富江。可是，那却是一个如何也死不掉的妖艳魔女…… 本片根据日本著名恐怖漫画家伊藤润二的同名系列漫画改编。
